I am a personal trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach for Optimized Strength Training. I earned my Master of Science in Education in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami. Through my diverse experience in personal training and strength and conditioning, I have worked with clients from all walks of life - ranging from youth sports athletes to clients 90 years of age.

My passion lies in sports performance and human performance. Throughout my years of experience, I have developed a strong foundation in exercise science, anatomy, and physiology. I am well-versed in various training techniques and methodologies. My previous experience working at Pritikin Longevity Center (one of the most prestigious wellness facilities in the world) has helped me take my sports nutrition background and carry it over to give people nutrition recommendations within my scope of practice. I also gained experience in exercise selection for specific populations, including elderly clients, and best practices for long-term health benefits beyond immediate weight loss. It is a mix of educating people on label reading and helping clients learn what exercise is best for their goals. I have educated hundreds of clients. Now, I am taking this knowledge and making it accessible to everyone. Whether improving athletic performance, increasing strength and endurance, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals.

In addition to my academic and professional qualifications, I am committed to ongoing education and personal development. I regularly attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest research in the fitness industry. I have attended several mobility classes, Olympic weightlifting courses, and have experience being a teacher assistant, guiding my fellow masters-level students to complete specific weightlifting techniques to help improve overall performance. This allows me to provide my clients with the most effective and cutting-edge training methods. I am ecstatic to give the knowledge and experience to people who are truly serious about reaching and maintaining their fitness goals for years to come.
